Procedures for Fifth Third Lease Turn In
1. Has your vehicle been inspected by SGS Inspection Service? Y/N

| | A. | If Yes, vehicle can be dropped off Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM., Friday 2:30 PM to 5 PM or Saturday 10 AM to 12 Noon. We will give you an odometer statement and your license plate and you are done. |
| | B. | If No, your vehicle has to be inspected by SGS Inspection Services. SGS Inspection Services will meet you at your home, place of business or here at Indianapolis Car Exchange for your inspection. After inspection is completed, Step "A" (above) would be in effect. |
| | C. | If No, and you cannot wait for inspection by SGS Inspection Services then you will need to call Indianapolis Car Exchange and schedule a temporary turn in inspection. This inspection is only temporary and SGS Inspection Service will do a final inspection and it will be sent to Fifth Third Bank. To schedule a temporary turn in inspection, please call Pam at (317) 769-7777. |
